Salary: Up to £60,000 + excellent benefits

The Opportunity

A growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager to help drive new business growth and customer engagement.

Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success, you'll lead targeted marketing campaigns, support go-to-market initiatives and deliver programmes that generate pipeline, improve customer adoption and encourage long-term growth.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to support outbound activity, pipeline generation and lead conversion.
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer journey.
  • Support go-to-market activity for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver customer marketing campaigns focused on engagement, adoption, retention and account growth.
  • Create customer communications that encourage advocacy and referrals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise activity using data and insights.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
