Growth Marketing Manager
Growth Marketing Manager
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and campaign initiatives that support pipeline growth for Globalli’s global payroll, EOR, and HCM platform.
This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who has experience supporting or leading growth initiatives and is ready to take broader ownership of revenue-focused marketing programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role is focused on execution, optimization, and measurable performance outcomes, working closely with Sales and Leadership to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Support
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth
- Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital channels
- Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with target customer segments and revenue priorities
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on conversion and engagement metrics
Content & Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage execution of content marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and web channels
- Support development and distribution of thought leadership, product messaging, and customer stories
- Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns
- Support brand awareness through consistent digital presence across channels

SEO & Website Optimization
- Execute SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic
- Identify keyword opportunities and support content optimization efforts
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions
Marketing Systems & Reporting
- Use HubSpot and other marketing tools to execute and track campaigns
- Maintain accurate marketing data and campaign tracking
- Monitor key performance metrics including lead volume, traffic, and conversion rates
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Support go-to-market initiatives including product updates and campaign launches
- Contribute to improving marketing effectiveness through feedback and insights
Qualifications
Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Exposure to lead generation, campaign execution, or revenue-focused marketing programs
- Experience working with Sales teams or revenue-driven environments

Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and content distribution
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data
Technical
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Comfortable working with marketing funnel metrics and reporting dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, EOR, PEO, or fintech SaaS environments
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or lifecycle marketing
- Experience supporting or coordinating freelancers, agencies, or interns (not required)
