Do you thrive on building and scaling every growth lever in a D2C business to drive measurable revenue and unlock exponential growth?

This high-growth supplement brand is looking for a data-driven, performance-led Growth Manager to take full ownership of the entire e-commerce operation.

If you're ready to be the architect of growth for a brand with an aggressive £100M revenue target by 2026, this is your chance to lead high-performance channels and build a world-class team.

THE BRAND

A fast-scaling DTC wellness brand in the beauty/supplement space with a highly engaged 35+ female audience. The flagship product boasts a strong market fit and a rapidly growing subscriber base, with over 50,000 subscribers in the first 18 months. Paid social (Meta first) is their biggest channel; creative testing and iteration sit at the centre of the strategy. The company is founder-led, lean, and data-driven, expanding in the UK/EU and preparing for a US launch.

The founding story is rooted in solving a real customer need: the founder created a better-tasting, more affordable alternative for his own family, then scaled it into a category-defining brand. That test-and-learn DNA still drives the culture today.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Accelerated career growth: Fast-track promotions based on capability, not just time served. As we grow, you'll step into more senior roles.
  • £5,000 Annual L&D Budget: Invest in your growth with a dedicated budget for learning and development.
  • Equity participation: Options for committed team members who help drive them toward their targets, sharing directly in their success.
  • Private health insurance: Covered by Vitality.
  • Top-tech setup: Work desktop + laptop, dual monitors, ergonomic chair, and standing desk.
  • Direct Founder access: Work closely with the founder to shape the overall business strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
