Growth Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing Manager

Do you thrive turning innovative technologies into high-growth business assets?

About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager who can transform our website, podcasts, events, case studies, and sales activity into a powerful growth engine. This isn’t a traditional brand-focused role—it’s about driving tangible business outcomes by connecting marketing to sales conversations, consultant credibility, and lead acquisition.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and sales teams across Evolution Nordics, Evolution Gaming, and Evolution Digital Health, helping us repurpose customer insights and case studies into practical assets that accelerate deal closures and opportunity creation.

Key Requirements:

  • If you describe yourself as Ambitious, Innovative, and Collaborative, this role is for you.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing to commercial outcomes and move beyond vanity metrics.

About Us

Evolution is a global technology solutions provider, dedicated to unlocking potential for individuals and organisations. With a team of 100+ professionals in four international offices, we deliver exceptional Tech Consultancy and Contractor Solutions, backed by collaboration and trusted partnerships.

Key Deliverables

  • Website Strategy: Redesign messaging and structure to drive sales (not just brand awareness).
  • Positioning Shift: Transition from recruitment-led to consultancy-led messaging and case studies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support selling strategies at C-suite level.
  • Feedback Systems: Maintain mechanisms for capturing client feedback across projects.
  • Content Creation:
    • Convert customer problems (from podcasts, client conversations, and sales) into clear messaging assets and follow-up support (including social media).
    • Enhance thought leadership within Digital Health through content development.
  • Case Studies: Build a structured library of actionable case studies for consultants.
  • Podcast Value: Monetise insights from our podcasts into leads, content, and credibility.
  • Event Strategy: Turn Evolution’s Gaming & Digital Health events into conversion engines with improved pre-event and post-event follow-ups.
  • Employer Branding: Boost recruitability in Birchwood & Warrington by positioning Evolution as a top destination for ambitious sales & consultant talent.
  • Tech & Automation: Leverage AI and automation to accelerate content, case study, and sales enablement material.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with consultants and managers to identify and enhance their sales enablement needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
