Are you a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for driving growth, generating demand, and delivering measurable results? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a global organisation and market leader in their field, as a Growth Marketing Manager.
Working within their Swindon offices, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy of one of their most established and successful brands. This is a high-profile position where you'll have the opportunity to shape marketing direction, influence business growth, and work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, product, customer success and marketing teams.
Your new role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate customer acquisition.
Taking a customer-first approach, you'll own the end-to-end marketing plan and be responsible for delivering ambitious growth targets through data-driven marketing activities and sales-focused campaigns. Working closely with the UK VP of Marketing, sales leadership teams, and wider marketing specialists, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned to business growth objectives.
- Identifying priority markets, customer segments and marketing channels to maximise lead generation and brand impact.
- Leading the planning and execution of full-funnel, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Managing campaign performance, ROI measurement frameworks and marketing budgets.
- Working closely with sales teams to optimise marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Overseeing paid media activity, marketing automation programmes, nurture journeys and CRM-driven campaigns.
- Managing internal stakeholders and external agency relationships to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Delivering insightful performance reporting and identifying opportunities for continuous optimisation and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced B2B Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or Senior Marketing Manager with a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
You will ideally possess:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior B2B marketing role.
- Demonstrable success leading marketing strategies that deliver business growth and commercial impact.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, lead generation, lead nurturing and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, SEO, paid media and social marketing.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A highly commercial, data-driven mindset focused on KPIs, ROI and business outcomes.
- The ability to build strong relationships across sales, marketing and go-to-market teams.

What you'll get in return
This is offered as a permanent position, with a salary of £70,000.
Other benefits include (but are not limited to) hybrid working (3 days on-site), 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), the option to buy or sell up to 5 days annual leave, private medical insurance and access to an employee benefits platform.
