New Consumer Trading Product · Full-Time · Remote

DropsTab Ltd. is the UK-based product company behind DropsTab and ICODrops. We are now building a separate consumer trading product for a global audience.

Two connected paths sit at the core: self-directed trading and copy trading. The service connects trader activity and current positioning with broader market context. This helps users make their own trading decisions or choose a trader and strategy to copy with more context than a snapshot PnL leaderboard provides.

Coverage includes crypto assets and perpetual contracts tied to traditional assets, including equities and commodities. The Telegram version is in controlled beta and is already generating early cohort and trading data. The iOS and Android apps are in active development.

Your Main Challenge

Build repeatable growth around real product use. The primary signal is not a registration or install, but the transition to trading and subsequent retention. For some users this will be their own first trade, while for others it will be copy-trading activation.

At this stage, you will choose the first audiences and channels while building on the product analytics foundation already in progress. Experiments should reveal which sources produce qualified activation and early retention. After launch, the focus will shift toward scaling what has proved effective and continuing to develop the growth system.

What You Will Do

  • Research target segments, the competitive context, and trader behavior, including direct conversations with prospective users.
  • Turn the findings into a prioritized backlog of growth hypotheses. Define success criteria before each test and use the outcome to make a clear decision about what comes next.
  • Test the channels where trading audiences already spend time. Creators and KOLs, X, Telegram, and Reddit are especially relevant at the start. As evidence develops, the mix can expand into partnerships and paid acquisition.
  • Connect the source, segment, message, and creative with in-product behavior and cohort quality. Measure not only the cost of a registration, but the cost of a user who funds the account, starts trading independently or activates copy trading, and then returns to the product.
  • Work with Product to identify drop-off points, shorten time to value, and improve activation for both self-directed trading and copy trading.
  • Build a shared operating loop across growth and content. Turn hypotheses into messages and briefs, contribute to launch preparation, and connect distribution with shared product metrics.
  • Develop the analytics foundation already being built in PostHog, connecting acquisition data with funnels, cohorts, retention, and downstream conversion. PostHog experience is not required if you have worked with similar product analytics tools.
  • Scale the channels and product-led mechanics that prove their impact on retention, referral growth, and product economics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, product growth, or performance marketing for a consumer digital product.
  • Experience growing a consumer product where trust and financial decisions are central. Fintech and trading, including crypto/DeFi, are the closest domains, but a strong B2C case from another category may also be relevant.
  • Experience contributing to at least one product or launch that achieved measurable success under high uncertainty. You do not need to have led the entire process, but should understand how the team reached the outcome and explain your own contribution clearly.
  • The ability to connect acquisition with real product use and evaluate growth economics at the cohort level.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two relevant channels and readiness to test new ones systematically.
  • The ability to work independently with product analytics and make decisions from incomplete data at an early stage.
  • English at C1 level or above.
