Growth Marketing Manager

Central London
£50,000 - £60,000
Digital Marketing Agency

This position would also suit a Growth Marketing & Brand Manager, Marketing & Growth Manager, B2B Marketing Manager, or Commercial Marketing Manager.

Are you ready to build something from the ground up?

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a well-established marketing function and spend your time keeping it ticking over.

This is your opportunity to build one.

We're working with an ambitious digital agency that's entering an exciting new phase of growth. They've built an excellent reputation through the quality of their work, trusted client relationships, and outstanding delivery. Now they're looking for someone to help tell that story to a much bigger audience.

As their first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the Founder to shape how the business is positioned, generate new opportunities, and build a marketing function that genuinely drives commercial growth.

If you enjoy taking ownership, bringing ideas to life, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to make a real impact.

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that generate new business, strengthen the company's brand, and support its ambitious growth plans.
  • Create engaging B2B content, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, organize and run client events, and work closely with internal designers and SEO specialists to bring ideas to life.
  • Measure performance, refine campaigns based on results, and continually look for new ways to improve how the business connects with prospective clients.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen.

  • Someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and is just as comfortable hosting an event as they are analyzing campaign performance or producing compelling content.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation and campaign management skills.
  • Confidence organizing and hosting events.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for business growth.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong AI skills, using modern tools to improve productivity, content creation, and campaign execution.

Agency experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to take ownership, deliver results, and bring fresh ideas.

Why join?

Opportunities like this don't come around very often.

  • You'll be joining a growing business at a pivotal point in its journey, with the chance to build an entire marketing function rather than inherit someone else's.
  • You'll have the backing of an experienced leadership team, genuine autonomy to shape the role, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the future success of the business.

If you're looking for more ownership, greater variety, and the chance to leave your mark, we'd love to hear from you.
