Growth Marketing Manager £60,000–£65,000 per annum D2C Subscription Brand
Profiles Creative is working with a fast-growing D2C subscription brand to recruit a Growth Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role focused on driving customer acquisition through paid media, with a strong emphasis on Meta and Google Ads.
You'll own the paid acquisition strategy, manage campaign performance and work closely with creative teams to grow the subscriber base while improving return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Own campaign strategy, execution, testing and performance.
- Work with creative teams to develop and test new ad concepts.
- Analyse the customer journey and improve conversion rates through landing page testing and CRO.
- Manage acquisition budgets and ensure strong ROI, CAC and LTV performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Identify new opportunities to scale acquisition across additional paid channels.

About You
You'll have:
- Experience in a D2C subscription business.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping and Performance Max).
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Excel and attribution tools.
- Experience managing budgets and making data-led optimisation decisions.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage campaigns from strategy through to execution.

Desirable
- Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube advertising.
- Knowledge of subscription platforms such as Recharge or ChartMogul.
- Experience using landing page builders.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
