What You'll Be Doing

Growth Marketing Manager CPC

What We Need

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and lead execution of strategic sales and marketing activities to deliver our growth targets. You will help lead the end-to-end marketing plan for our corporate payments and accounts payable automation SaaS platform.

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition, across the full marketing mix, with a focus on integrated and omnichannel marketing.

Taking an “outside in / customer first” approach, you’ll be leading the marketing for Corpay Complete, partnering closely with sales, and being responsible for supporting the growth in a fast-paced, proactive, and positive environment.

Corpay Complete (CPC) is a strategic growth area for Corpay in the UK with exciting and ambitious plans to increase the customer base in 2026 and beyond. We are taking a new and exciting proposition to market, consisting of successful existing customer offerings (Corporate Cards, AP Automation and FX), and you will play a pivotal role in the entire GTM approach.

This is a high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes B2B marketing - someone who understands how to build momentum across the full marketing mix and has a proven track record of driving measurable growth mid-market to Enterprise organisations.

You will be a senior member of the UK Marketing team, and part of the wider European Center of Marketing Excellence, reporting to VP Marketing, UK.

How We Work

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Swindon or London, UK
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training and support from a global Marketing team.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

  • Helping define the overarching marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify priority markets, segments, and channels to maximise brand impact and demand / lead generation.
  • Developing marketing activities and campaigns that clearly differentiate Corpay Complete products and services in a competitive landscape.
  • Defining campaign KPIs and success measurement frameworks with a critical focus on ROI and revenue generation.
  • Management of prospect segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track, maintain, and optimise marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of full funnel, outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns, creative, and channel plans align with the strategic vision.
  • Leading the production of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Manage the creative process from initial briefing through to final delivery across all formats (digital, print, social, events).
  • Coordinate the efforts of internal marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with wider marketing teams and agencies, optimizing use of internal and external teams' resources.
  • Work with the Brand & PR teams to ensure they develop relevant press releases, secure media opportunities, and manage corporate communications as an integral part of your marketing plans.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization, using the internal digital team as your expert resource.
  • Use our Marketing Automation team to conduct nurture journeys, and triggered campaign execution.
  • Partnering with the data team to support the procurement and onboarding of purchased data to expand prospect reach, and execute new data enhancement projects, improving completeness, accuracy, and targeting precision.
  • Briefing Data and Salesforce teams to ensure smooth execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, CRM integrations, and accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Ownership and management of your allocated marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Provide insights from marketing activities to inform product development and market positioning.
  • Owning campaign performance reporting and insights and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on marketing performance.
  • Test new initiatives and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Work effectively with other team members within Marketing; you’ll be part of a wider team of marketing professionals who will also be part of shaping and executing your plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
