The role We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for key EMEA markets within our M&A business and the EMEA Alternatives business, during a 12‑month maternity cover. This is a hands‑on role within an agile B2B marketing organisation. You will own regional strategy, drive pipeline growth, and deliver measurable impact through integrated, multi‑channel programmes. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success teams, with a strong focus on performance, alignment, and execution excellence. You will act as a key marketing point of contact for specific EMEA markets, ensuring our global strategy is effectively localised and executed to meet regional performance targets. What You Will Get To Do: Regional Strategy & Ownership Own and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for the Alternatives business, aligning regional activity to global priorities and revenue targets Lead marketing strategy and execution for key EMEA countries supporting the M&A business Act as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Alternatives sales leadership and country leads, shaping and executing on go‑to‑market plans, account strategies, and priorities Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Plan and deliver end‑to‑end integrated marketing programmes across the full funnel, from awareness through to sales enablement Partner with demand marketing, digital, and field teams to execute campaigns across ABM, content, email, paid media, webinars, and events Own performance tracking, budget management, and optimisation using data and insight to drive ROI Content, Messaging & Thought Leadership Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to EMEA markets and buyer personas Lead the creation of regionally relevant assets including white papers, webinars, case studies, sales enablement tools, and event content Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to localise global launches and narratives for EMEA audiences Events & Field Marketing Own the EMEA events strategy for EMEA markets, and the Alternatives business, including major industry conferences, Intralinks‑hosted forums, and virtual programmes Partner with Sales to maximise impact through strong pre‑event targeting and post‑event follow‑up Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work in close alignment with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and leverage scale Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue teams on pipeline acceleration, forecasting support, and reporting Manage external agencies and vendors as required Growth, Analytics & Optimisation Own end‑to‑end growth marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion Identify friction points across the marketing and sales funnel and drive continuous improvement Use analytics and testing (A/B, channel optimisation) to deliver insight‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders Maintain clear reporting on key metrics including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI What you will bring: B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS and/or Financial Services Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through modern demand and growth marketing Experience owning regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA Strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, funnel optimisation, and performance measurement Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across sales and marketing Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills Self‑starter mindset with the ability to make impact quickly in a fixed‑term role Preferred Experience marketing to alternative investment managers (private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure) and/or M&A / dealmaking audiences Familiarity with VDRs, capital markets workflows, or enterprise fintech solutions This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
