Growth Marketing Manager - AI Scale Up 🚀
GTM Operations
£65,000 plus 10%
I am working with a fantastic AI Scale Up, who are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to join their team. This is not a management role. This is for someone who wants to own pipeline, build from scratch, and be in the work every day.
My client is an early-stage, AI-native startup who are looking for a hands-on growth operator to build their GTM engine from zero.
⚡ What you’ll own
- Build and run the end-to-end growth engine (signal → campaign → demo → pipeline)
- Launch, test, and optimise LinkedIn campaigns (paid + organic)
- Experiment across channels: Google Ads, programmatic, partnerships, newsletters
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality daily
- Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and demo flows
- Build dashboards, attribution models, and funnel reporting
- Use data + signals (intent, engagement, hiring triggers) to continuously sharpen targeting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
