Growth Marketing Manager
Leeds | Hybrid (2 days in the office one week, 3 days the next) | Circa £45,000
Looking for a Role Where You'll Have Genuine Ownership Over Growth Marketing Rather Than Simply Managing Campaigns?
We're partnering with a well-established consumer brand that's investing in its digital marketing function and is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of its direct-to-consumer growth.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll shape how the brand acquires, engages, and retains customers across multiple digital channels. You'll have the freedom to influence strategy, work alongside specialist agencies, and use performance data to continually improve results. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is excited by the opportunity to lead a small team.
- You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and online growth through a mix of paid media, SEO, CRM, and affiliate marketing.
- From improving website performance and customer journeys to identifying new opportunities through AI and emerging digital channels, you'll play a central role in shaping the brand's digital success.
- You'll also manage key agency partnerships, ensuring campaigns deliver against commercial objectives while keeping a close eye on performance, budgets, and return on investment.
- Alongside the digital strategy, you'll lead a Digital Marketing Executive and oversee freelance social and content support, helping to develop the team while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
