What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end growth strategy across digital channels
- Build and optimize high-converting funnels and campaigns
- Generate and qualify leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
- Engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and guide them toward the right solutions
- Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Take ownership of results from planning through execution
- Optionally mentor other marketing team members

What You Bring
- 5+ years in growth marketing, digital sales, or business development
- A track record of creating measurable, scalable growth
- Comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on work
- A genuine interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
