Growth Marketing Manager
Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.
About the Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, Goldcast or other webinar platforms
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools, webinar technology and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus.
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop and scale to the needs of the department.
