Performeo is an AI-enabled end-to-end casting workflow and performer marketplace, connecting studios to top-tier talent and actors building their careers worldwide.
We’re creating a full vertical performer economy, bringing studios, casting directors, talent agents, and actors together in ways never seen before—reducing inefficiencies in casting, talent discovery, and monetisation globally. Backed by major film projects already being cast through our platform.
About The Job
As we scale globally, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to define our market presence and drive rapid, sustainable growth through data-driven innovation. Your role will be to:
- Deliver cutting-edge, audience-tailored strategies across digital touchpoints
- Execute high-impact paid and organic campaigns that scale revenue, retention, and customer acquisition
- Work autonomously at the intersection of content, analytics, and business strategy—finally influencing founder decision-making
Eligible candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, agile team—with the potential for green-field impact. This role is ideal for someone eager to lead in emerging fields while building a skillset in earned media, ecommerce growth, or tech-led performance marketing.

Role Overview
This is a brand-new, high-autonomy role combining Paid & Organic Marketing:
- Full-stack Ownership: From organic lead generation to A/B testing creative optimisations—nailed.
- Strategic Leadership: Report directly into founders, shaping platform positioning and acquiring revenue paths.
- Agile Innovation: Responsibility over product-led marketing integrations to double-down on what converts and maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid & Organic Marketing Strategy
- All-channel social strategy ownership – platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Funnel optimisation – turn brand engagement into high-value conversions (studios + won commentators).
Content & Creative
- A/B test land pages, platforms, hooks, ASO—all asynchronously to accelerate learnings.
- Harmonise organic content with paid campaigns while ensuring channel-specific customisation.
Data Capture & Reporting
- Design creative dashboards for CPA, LTV, LTV/ROAS metrics (verify campaigns via platform-level data).
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for scaling best-performing programmes.

Community & Reputation
- Proactively manage studio and actor feedback channels.
- Safeguard brand integrity as Performeo scales in media scandals or competitive disruption.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing, performance digital marketing, or demand-gen ecommerce.
- Native paid specialist (advanced campaign optimisation across Meta, Google, TikTok).
- AI adoption lead – floated to optimise workflows (e.g creative card-gen, Razory insights, email/campaign efficiency).
- Test-and-learn ethos – embraces structured experimentation and keeps personalised ask matrices.
- Talent-spotting in verticals – understands multi-screen content trends facing Gen Alpha Z + halos.
- Fast analysis – can reconcile 30+ screens of data on a short influencer pitch deck, and render actionable crossover stories.
- Looks great on camera? Bonus.
What We Offer
- Salaried range: £45k–£60k p.a. (performance-linked steps; equity participation opening Q2 2025).
