As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing of an Experience Campaign, you will report to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will serve as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor responsible for leading the paid for digital, planning, execution, and measurement of an Experience demand generation program globally. You will bridge the gap between high-performance paid media and content strategies to drive high-quality leads and pipeline opportunities for an Experience marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with digital media team and external agency partners to design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across a variety of platforms, e.g., LinkedIn Social, Content Syndication, and Programmatic DSPs, alongside outbound email and events.
- AI-Driven Content Workflows: Implement AI-driven content production workflows—utilizing LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)—to scale high-quality demand gen assets, personalized email sequences, and dynamic ad copy while maintaining brand voice.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage the full performance marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness (Display/Video) to bottom-of-funnel conversion, with a rigorous focus on lead quality and pipeline acceleration.
- Advanced Measurement & Analytics: Partner with Marketing operations to understand and action the measurement framework for the Experience campaign, utilizing Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), testing, and engagement patterns to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Workflow & Automation: Partner with Marketing Operations to lead the technical execution workflow within marketing automation platforms (Eloqua/Salesforce) and manage A/B testing strategies for landing pages and email performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Solution Sales Specialists, Business Development, and subject matter experts to develop messaging and align content with search intent and technical SEO strategies to build topical authority.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly marketing planning with data-backed recommendations on budget allocation and channel diversification based on performance trends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
