About ArkGrid

ArkGrid is an AI-native residential energy technology company building a platform for the UK home energy market, covering solar, battery storage, EV charging and smart home energy solutions.

We are now looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help build our digital marketing engine and generate high-quality leads.

The Role

This is a practical marketing role focused on SEO, AI Search, paid campaigns, social media and lead generation.

You will work closely with the founders, sales team and product colleagues to increase ArkGrid’s online visibility, run digital campaigns, manage social media channels and support customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve ArkGrid’s visibility through SEO, content optimisation and AI search-related strategies.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Manage ArkGrid’s social media presence, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content for campaigns, landing pages, emails and social posts.
  • Track campaign performance and improve conversion from traffic to leads.
  • Support lead generation activities for residential energy customers and installer partners.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media and social media campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms.
  • Interest in AI Search, generative search and new AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to improve campaigns based on data.
  • Good written English and clear communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in renewable energy, home improvement, SaaS, technology or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma or Notion.
  • Experience with landing pages, email campaigns or marketing automation.
