LemFi (Series B)
LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.
Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.
What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.
With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.
About The Role
We're looking for a bilingual Growth Operations Manager to own LemFi's presence across Chinese digital platforms and drive user growth within the Chinese diaspora globally. This is a creative, fast-paced role sitting at the intersection of content, social media, and operations. You'll shape content strategy, manage Chinese social platforms, support product localisation, run CRM campaigns, and support payment operations. Above all, you'll be the voice of LemFi for Chinese communities overseas, turning real cultural insight into content that resonates and drives growth.
You'll report into the Growth team and work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and CRM to execute against a clear growth agenda. You'll work independently, own your impact end-to-end, and use data plus cultural fluency to iterate fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
