About Us
We're Brandpie, an independent consultancy that helps organisations unlock growth at pivotal business moments. Leadership change, merger, acquisition, divestment, IPO, category shift—these are the times when everything matters and this is where we come in.
Over the years, we've partnered with 150+ businesses worldwide to define vision, ambition and strategy, shape brands and create experiences that drive transformation. Along the way, we've also been named one of the Financial Times' leading Management Consultancies every year since 2018 and recognised as a World Class place to work by Best Companies in 2023.
Why This Role Now
Brandpie is entering a new phase of growth.
As we scale our regional and sector-led model across EMEIA, we are investing in stronger market visibility, AI-enabled growth infrastructure, targeted relationship development and more disciplined commercial origination.
We have invested significantly in our brand, sector expertise, thought leadership, communities, events, CRM systems and market intelligence. What we do not yet have is a dedicated capability focused on systematically converting that activity into qualified opportunities and revenue. This role exists to bridge that gap.
The EMEIA Growth & Origination Lead will help turn Brandpie's visibility, expertise, relationships and market intelligence into sustained commercial momentum.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic, relationship-led growth role focused on identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, orchestrating commercial activity and converting market interest into qualified opportunities. Success will be measured through relationships built, opportunities progressed, pipeline quality and revenue influenced.
Role Purpose
To ensure commercial opportunities do not sit passively within the business, but are identified, prioritised, nurtured and converted.
The role sits between demand creation and revenue generation. Marketing creates awareness, engagement and demand. The EMEIA Growth & Origination Lead converts demand into commercial conversations, qualified opportunities and revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
