Growth Outbound Sales Caller & Lead Qualification Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Outbound Sales Caller & Lead Qualification Specialist based in United Kingdom.
We are seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to help build and optimize a structured growth engine through targeted calling and lead qualification.
This role focuses on generating high-quality conversations, identifying strong opportunities, and ensuring sales teams receive properly qualified prospects.
You will manage multiple outbound pipelines, including cold outreach, partner opportunities, and event follow-ups.
The position requires strong communication skills, confidence handling objections, and the ability to qualify prospects based on business needs and buying readiness.
You will work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accurate activity tracking and disciplined follow-up processes.
This is an opportunity to directly contribute to revenue growth by improving lead quality, sales efficiency, and customer acquisition efforts.
Accountabilities
The role is responsible for executing outbound sales activities, qualifying leads effectively, and maintaining accurate pipeline information to support growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls using structured scripts across multiple pipelines, including growth outreach, partner opportunities, and conference follow-ups.
- Engaging prospects through professional and conversational communication while maintaining qualification standards.
- Asking direct discovery questions to assess decision-maker involvement, business needs, operational challenges, budget fit, and urgency.
- Scheduling meetings only when prospects meet established qualification criteria and routing opportunities correctly.
- Managing cold outreach campaigns and reactivating previously contacted leads from assigned lists.
- Following up with event-generated leads through structured outreach sequences and timely communication.
- Handling objections professionally while maintaining control of conversations and identifying genuine opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, outcomes, notes, objections, follow-up actions, and scheduled meetings through spreadsheet-based tracking.
- Providing daily activity summaries and ensuring consistent execution against agreed performance targets.
- Protecting confidential lead information by following security procedures, access restrictions, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication abilities, and a disciplined approach to lead qualification and pipeline management. Required qualifications include:
- Proven experience with outbound cold calling, preferably in B2B sales environments.
- Experience qualifying leads before scheduling sales meetings or consultations.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide productive sales conversations.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while maintaining quality and personalization.
- Experience using VOIP systems, structured calling blocks, and sales activity tracking processes.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate spreadsheet documentation and follow-up management.
- Excellent English communication skills with native or near-native proficiency.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a strong advantage.
- Understanding of U.S. business communication standards and sales practices.
- Experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or in partner/outbound prospecting roles is preferred.
- Experience selling service-based solutions and managing complex prospect conversations is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection, professional calling environment, and appropriate headset setup.
- Ability to work independently, follow processes, accept coaching, and consistently deliver results in a remote environment.
