About Alyssa Nobriga International
Alyssa Nobriga International is seeking a full-time senior marketing leader to own and scale the next chapter of growth for ICM, our flagship coaching certification program.
ANI has built a trusted, mission-driven education brand with a loyal audience, a powerful body of work, a weekly podcast, an established certification program, and a proven live-launch model. The business is now entering a major growth transition: moving into a year-round evergreen revenue ecosystem.
This role exists to lead that transition.

The right person will be strong in direct response, funnel strategy, conversion copy, launch strategy, evergreen marketing, paid media oversight, organic growth, affiliate strategy, dashboards, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
You will build a scalable value ladder, connect every funnel level, generate leads year-round, manage paid media and move the right audience toward a high ticket certification program.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
