Harthio is a mental health and recovery platform designed to serve as a digital "pocket companion" for individuals navigating their recovery journeys. It offers a suite of tools for daily mood check-ins, sobriety tracking, and wellness routines, supported by a 24/7 AI companion and community connection sessions.
Role Description
The Growth Hacker will work remotely with full-time capacity, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Harthio’s platform.
Who you are:
- You’re a hunter. You understand how to find users in the mental health/wellness/productivity space.
- You aren't looking for a boring 9-to-5; you want a performance-based partnership where your earnings are entirely in your control.
- You’re comfortable building your own lead-gen strategy (LinkedIn, communities, content, etc.).

The Growth Hacker will also monitor key performance metrics, report insights to stakeholders, and continuously test new tactics to scale sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization techniques to drive measurable user and revenue growth.
- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and act on user behavior and performance data.
- Experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy, including planning campaigns and positioning digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to implement growth initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with consumer internet products, marketplaces, or social platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
