Job Description

As a Growth Partner at Sluzzle, you will spearhead the transition from a live product to a thriving business. You will develop B2C channels, secure B2B partnerships, and explore workplace wellbeing routes. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for a strategic operator to build commercial foundations alongside the founder from the ground up.

  • Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy encompassing B2C acquisition, affiliate marketing, and PR to reach adults struggling with sleep.
  • Identify and secure B2B and workplace wellbeing partnerships to establish Sluzzle as a premier corporate health solution.
  • Work directly with the founder to transition the product from its clinical roots into a sustainable, scalable commercial business.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in growth, B2B sales, or partnerships within the digital health, wellbeing, or consumer product sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of executing commercial strategies from scratch in early-stage or founder-led environments.
  • Deeply thoughtful communicator who understands the sensitivity of sleep health and can maintain the brand's integrity while driving growth.
