Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies
- Identify new revenue streams
- Improve profitability and customer lifetime value
- Build recurring revenue models
- Prioritise future product development
- Optimise customer acquisition and retention
Sales & Marketing
- Drive bookings (retreats, coaching, online experiences)
- Scale digital education via online courses and memberships
- Build high-conversion sales funnels
- Optimise website performance
- Lead email marketing strategies
- Develop paid advertising (and analyse performance)
- Improve customer acquisition channels
Partnerships & Business Development
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Pursue sponsorship opportunities
- Expand corporate wellbeing programs
- Explore licensing & commercialisation
- Strengthen corporate relationships
Systems & Operations
- Enhance internal processes and KPI reporting
- Automate workflows and improve efficiency
- Refine customer experience
- Develop recruitment strategy for critical roles
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with Aaron Parker to:
- Refine vision direction

Aaron Parker’s Role
While you drive commercial growth, Aaron remains responsible for:
- Vision & visionary leadership
- The Conscious Method and intellectual property
- Teaching, coaching, and content creation
- Brand storytelling and creative leadership
- Community building
- Partnerships (except commercial/corporate relations)
This dynamic free empowers Aaron to focus on areas of highest transformational impact while guiding strategic commercial partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek commercial thinkers with experience in:
- Business growth (critical revenue, profitability, scaling)
- Commercial strategy and partnership development
- Leadership of founder-driven ventures
- Proving experience in membership or online education businesses is a plus

Revenue Share Partnership Structure
No salary, only 100% performance-based revenue share. You’ll agree with us an agreed percentage return tied:
- To incremental revenue generated
- Based on your proven contribution
Long-term potential may include equity options, dependent on growth dynamics and mutual success.
