Growth & Performance Manager

About the Role

The Growth & Performance Manager will take full ownership of the performance marketing function, driving measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, and retention while shaping a modern, data-led growth strategy.

  • Lead multi-channel paid media strategy across major digital platforms
  • Drive revenue, LTV:CAC, and conversion through data-led optimisation
  • Build AI-ready marketing infrastructure to enable automation at scale
  • Own creative testing across UGC, video, and high-velocity experiments
  • Optimise full funnel performance through CRO and structured testing

You Will Need

  • Proven experience scaling paid media across Google, Meta, and YouTube
  • Strong track record improving unit economics and commercial outcomes
  • Hands-on expertise with AI, automation, and conversion architecture
  • Advanced analytics skills across GA4, ad platforms, and testing tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
