About this role
We are looking for a Growth & Sales Intern to join our growing UK team. This is a paid, 6-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development Representative role upon successful completion and strong performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, commercially minded, and excited about cloud technology. You’ll learn how to research prospects, generate demand, and support sales conversations for Google Cloud and Google Workspace solutions.

This internship is part-time, requiring a minimum of 3 full working days per week, with at least 1 day per week in our London office for collaboration and development.
What you’ll do
- Support outbound prospecting efforts through research and account mapping
- Assist in building multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Identify key stakeholders and help qualify interest and fit
- Prepare introductory outreach messages and follow-ups
- Support meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
- Learn how to conduct basic discovery conversations
- Work closely with senior sales to hand over interested prospects
- Participate in weekly enablement sessions on cloud, sales, and messaging
- Represent Kartaca professionally in conversations and occasional events/trade shows
You’ll thrive here if you have
- Interest in B2B sales, technology, or cloud services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions, learn, and iterate
- Ability to organise tasks, manage time, and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and building rapport
- A self-starter mindset and desire to grow in a dynamic environment
- Ability to join us in our London office at least 1 day per week
