Growth, Sales & Marketing Lead — UK & Europe (New Grad)
Trademarkia · London, UK (Hybrid, occasional travel to the US)
About the Role
Trademarkia is the largest online trademark filing service in the United States, with 125,000+ clients worldwide. We're now building the United Kingdom and the European Union into a major market — and we intend to become the #1 trademark filing service across the region. This is the person who owns that mission on the ground.
This is a sales and growth role, not a support role. You'll be the central commercial point of contact for the UK and the EU: owning revenue, sales, business development, paid acquisition, and conversion-focused site design across many countries and languages. Our trademark attorneys stay focused on the legal filing work — you drive the business and bring in the revenue.
It's a big job with a big canvas. You don't need years of experience. You need the right educational background, an AI-first mindset, and the ambition to grow with a company that's growing fast. If you want to build a market, own outcomes, and grow as the business grows, this is for you.
The Core of the Job: Sales and Revenue Growth
Your primary mandate is revenue. Two motions drive it:
- Build new work from existing clients. We have hundreds to thousands of clients across the UK and Europe who have already filed trademarks with us — locally and around the world. This is a warm, high-value pipeline. Your job is to know exactly who they are, build genuine relationships with them, and become their trusted go-to contact for new trademark work as their businesses expand — new marks, new classes, new countries, renewals, and enforcement referrals. You'll use the AI outreach tools we've built to reach them at scale, backed by direct, personal, relationship-driven follow-up. You are the account owner and the point of contact — not the attorney. Turning our existing client base into repeat revenue is the single most important thing you'll do.
- Win new clients. Beyond the existing base, you'll build the acquisition engine that brings new UK and EU filers in the door and grows the top line.
Success in this role is measured in relationships built, new matters opened, and revenue grown.
What You'll Own
- Existing-client sales & account management. Own the full relationship with our existing UK and EU clients — outreach, follow-up, and converting them into new trademark work. Build a repeatable system for identifying who's ready for their next filing and getting in front of them first.
- New business development. Prospect, nurture, and close new clients across the UK and the EU. Own the pipeline end to end.
- Pan-European paid search. This is central to the role. Own and control dedicated Google Ads budgets across the UK and multiple EU countries end to end — strategy, geo-targeting, spend, creative, and results. You'll build and manage country-by-country and language-by-language campaigns to expand our growth market by market, and continuously optimise where the budget works hardest.
- Multi-country, multi-language localisation at scale. Europe isn't one market — it's many. You'll geo-target individual European countries and build campaigns and landing pages for each language, using AI and Claude to generate, translate, and continuously update localised content so it reaches and resonates across every target country. The goal is content that feels genuinely native in each market, not machine-translated.
- Conversion & site design. Help design and continuously improve our UK and European trademark sites to out-convert the domestic online filing competitors in each market. Think hard about segmentation, geo-targeting, traffic sources, and localisation, and act on it.
- Micro campaigns & segmented landing pages. Using AI, build hyper-targeted micro campaigns for UK and EU businesses who want to file trademarks — not only domestically, but in other jurisdictions like the United States, the EUIPO, and beyond. Each target market and language gets its own dedicated landing page and its own segmented campaign.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI-First is the Job
This role runs on modern AI tooling — and at UK-plus-EU scale, it has to. There's no way to reach dozens of countries and languages by hand; you'll lean on AI and Claude to do it. We want someone excited to learn and master the full stack of AI tools that make a lean team punch far above its weight — everything from voice cloning to AI podcast production, AI video creation, AI-driven translation and localisation, AI-assisted outreach, content generation, and campaign design. You don't need to know all of it today, but you need to be genuinely excited to learn it fast and put it to work driving growth across many markets at once.

How the Team Works
You'll work closely with our centralised global marketing team, led out of the United States, syncing on strategy and reporting on what you've accomplished. Because the UK/EU and US are in different time zones, this collaboration is primarily virtual — regular video check-ins to stay in lockstep with the American and global teams, with an early-day or late-day overlap window. In-person travel to the US (or hosting the team in London) would be occasional. Day to day, you run the UK and Europe.
Who You Are
- A recent university graduate with a background in marketing, sales, and/or business
- Genuinely energised by sales, relationship-building, and hitting revenue goals — you like talking to clients and making revenue goals
- AI-first — excited to learn and use modern AI tools (voice cloning, AI podcasts, AI video, translation/localisation, outreach, content, analysis) to design, segment, localise, and scale across many countries
- Comfortable with the complexity of a multi-country, multi-language market and getting the details right for each
- Ambitious, self-directed, and excited to build something and grow with it
- Comfortable being the central point of contact and owning outcomes end to end
- Comfortable working across time zones and staying in sync with a global team virtually
- Bonus: additional European languages
Why This Role
This is a build-with-us role for the right ambitious person. You'll have real ownership of an entire region from day one, a warm base of clients to grow, budgets to control, and a direct line to the results you produce. The goal is nothing less than becoming the largest trademark filing service across the UK and Europe — and you'll be at the centre of getting us there.
Compensation & Growth
Competitive starting salary of £34,000–£40,000, plus a performance/commission component tied to the revenue you generate — realistic on-target earnings of roughly £48,000–£58,000 in year one for a strong performer. Real room to grow as you grow the business: as revenue grows, so does the opportunity.
