Introduction to the Role

You won’t just advise—you’ll develop, deploy, and scale systems impacting millions.


What You’ll Do at Deel

Drive transformative growth by building, refining, and operating AI-powered GTM automation systems that accelerate revenue flow across sales, SDR, and marketing processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build & Deploy AI Agents
    • Prototype and ship autonomous AI agents for critical GTM workflows, including:
      • Inbound qualification
      • Outbound engagement
      • Highest-ROI automation opportunities
    • Leverage tools: Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, and GitHub.

  • Operate GTM Automation Stack

    • Continuously monitor, run, and improve live AI workflows—no "set and forget" approach.
    • Carry full ownership for performance, quality, and scalability in production.
  • Advance AI Adoption

    • spearhead end-to-end rollout of new AI tools:
      • Design training materials
      • Implement change management strategies to ensure adoption across revenue teams.
  • Support Revenue Tech Stack

    • Contribute to Salesforce, Outreach, and LISN ecosystem health.
    • Identify performance gaps and collaborate to resolve workflow barriers.
  • Partner Across GTM

    • Work closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing to:
      • Translate workflow pain points into automation opportunities.
      • Design measurably productive solutions.
  • Scale with Documentation

    • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and playbooks ensuring processes are globally scalable and sustainable.
  • Enhance Funnel Diagnostics

    • Boost pipeline performance through:
      • Data-driven analysis of funnel metrics.
      • Identifying blockers and closing gaps between pipeline targets and outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 2–4 years in RevOps, GTM Ops, Growth, or Sales Operations, with hands-on AI/large language model workflow management (must be production-ready experience).
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in agentic workflows using Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio (or comparable tools).
    • CRM/sales tech fluency (e.g., Salesforce flows, lead routing, engagement sequences).
    • Solid analytical and data storytelling (experience with SQL is a plus).
    • Deep understanding of demand funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL, closed-won).
    • Expertise in adaptive project end-to-end management (planning, stakeholder alignment, follow-through).
