Vantedge: Growth & Partnerships Specialist
Vantedge is a global finance ecosystem connecting ambitious students across Europe, APAC, and the US. We bridge the gap between university and high finance by providing our community with industry insights, high-impact events, and a powerful global network.
We are looking for a proactive Growth & Partnerships Specialist to join our team. If you want to build a massive professional network, master high-level growth strategies, and collaborate with a global team of like-minded peers, this is your launchpad.
Role Overview
- Commitment: 5 – 10 hours per week (Flexible hours designed to easily fit around your university schedule).
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere globally).
- Type: Unpaid / Voluntary Student Position (Focused heavily skill acquisition and professional networking).

As a Growth Specialist, you will be the engine driving our global brand presence and ecosystem expansion.
What you’ll do:
- Outreach & Partnerships: Initiate, negotiate, and launch high-impact partnerships with external brands, student societies, and sponsors.
- Network Expansion: Directly connect and outreach with industry professionals and senior executives to secure them for Vantedge events.
- Growth Strategy & Marketing: Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to scale our global audience and engagement.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Actively post, engage, and build a strong brand presence on LinkedIn to elevate Vantedge’s footprint.
Who We Are Looking For
- Current Undergraduate Students (Year 13 / pre-university students with high drive are also welcome to apply).
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn growth marketing, strategic communication, and project management.
