Growth Strategist – Product & Design Lead

Your Role
You will bridge strategic design thinking with flawless execution, from forming groundbreaking product ideas to designing immersive digital interfaces. Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to generate and refine growth-ready product and venture ideas aligned with client strategy.
- Analyze and reimagine existing customer journeys, uncovering pain points with user research and insight synthesis.
- Lead design discovery and research to inform and validate problem spaces (qualitative and quantitative).
- Lead stakeholder discussions within your specialist domain, articulating design principles and steering creative direction.
- Apply design across every layer of a project’s narrative—curating protagonist stories, storyboarding concepts, devising creative approaches, to crafting compelling pitch elements (copy, video, prototypes).
- Build high-fidelity wireframes and user flows into interactive, clickable prototypes to prototype and validate concepts.
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces and component libraries with backend readiness, ensuring seamless client handover.
- Guide interns and junior designers in project tasks and growth—reinforcing ecosystem collaboration.
