The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Growth Strategist to lead strategic growth initiatives for a portfolio of ambitious e-commerce brands. This role is focused on owning client growth strategy, shaping commercial direction, and driving high-performance execution across paid media and creative. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients - helping them identify opportunities, solve growth challenges, and scale profitably through clear strategic thinking and data-backed decision-making.
You deeply understand the core levers that drive e-commerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, customer acquisition, and budget deployment. You know how to diagnose issues quickly using data, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients immediately buy into.
You’ll work closely alongside Media Buyers and Growth Executives to ensure strategic plans are executed effectively, campaigns move quickly, and performance continues to improve. You’re a strong communicator who can delegate clearly, align teams around priorities, and create momentum across accounts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, commercial thinking, and client leadership.
Your Impact
- Own strategic growth direction for a portfolio of e-commerce brands.
- Build and lead growth roadmaps tied to revenue, acquisition, and profitability targets.
- Diagnose growth opportunities and bottlenecks across offer, conversion, creative, landing pages, and budget allocation.
- Turn performance data into commercially-focused recommendations clients trust and act on.
- Drive campaign execution alongside Media Buyers and Growth Executives to maximise quality and throughput.
- Lead strategic client conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through testing, iteration, and strategic thinking.
- Use AI tools daily to improve efficiency, accelerate insight discovery, and increase execution speed.
- Help clients connect day-to-day marketing activity to long-term commercial growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
