Growth Strategist
Growth Consultant (Internal Title: Creator Success Manager)
London, UK (Remote-first with occasional in-person days)
About the Role
LTK is empowering the world’s lifestyle Creators to realise maximum economic success—at scale—and we’re looking for driven individuals to lead growth and disruption.
This manager-level IC (individual contributor) role is designed for someone who can independently:
- Lead complex growth initiatives
- Translate data and market signals into actionable strategies
- Influence cross-functional partners to drive better outcomes for creators, brands, and LTK
As the Growth Strategist you’ll:
- Own post-onboarding growth strategy for a defined set of priority brands
- Partner closely with Brand Partnerships, Creator Success, Marketing, and other internal teams
- Identify opportunities, remove friction, and scale high-value commercial growth
How You’ll Make an Impact
Brand Growth
- Develop and lead post-onboarding growth strategies to:
- Drive creator adoption & retention
- Increase brand investment & program maturity
- Build account growth plans, including:
- Adoption & campaign expansion strategies
- Creator recommendations & investment pathways
- Monitor brand health and engagement to identify:
- Emerging risks
- Retention issues
- Expansion opportunities
- Act as strategic brand lead, ensuring each assigned brand achieves sustainable growth within the LTK ecosystem.
Commercial Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Brand Partnerships to:
- Prioritise strategic brands
- Shape conditions for long-term commercial success
- Identify high-potential growth opportunities based on:
- Performance signals
- Market trends
- Category insights
- Commercial fit
- Influence internal stakeholders with data-driven recommendations that:
- Improve brand performance
- Optimise resource prioritisation
- Align brand objectives with:
- The right creators
- Effective content & commerce strategies
- Develop scalable templates (playbooks, reporting, toolkits) to enhance LTK’s approach to growth.

Performance Optimisation
- Analyse performance data (creator, campaign, brand) to:
- Spot trends, risks & optimisation opportunities
- Recommend tactical changes that improve:
- Conversion rates
- Earnings performance
- Creator brand alignment
- Use data & testing to inform growth recommendations, unlocking incremental commercial potential.
What You’ll Bring to LTK
- 6–8 years of experience in:
- Creator-led marketing
- · Digital partnerships -; Account growth
- Message campaign strategy
- Related commercial roles
- Strong strategic & commercial acumen, with skills to:
- Translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Proven ability to:
- Own brand growth strategy
- Influence platform adoption
- Shape creator-led initiatives
- Proficiency in performance analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Independently deliver results in:
- Managing competing priorities
- Driving execution
- No direct team management required.
Success Metrics / KPIs
- Growth in:
- Creator adoption across assigned brands
- Retention rates of high-priority brands
- Revenue growth & increased brand investment
- Improvement in creator performance, aligning campaigns and ongoing activity
- Enhanced post-onboarding brand maturity and speed to conversion.
