Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets?
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the GRSS team. The position will be based in Prague (with London and Paris as possible alternatives), and start 1 September 2026. You will report to the GRSS Head of Licensing and Business Development.
Responsibilities

Client relationship management
- Act as the key contact for a portfolio of clients
- Build, manage and develop senior-level relationships across client organisations
- Maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Identify and communicate commercial or relationship risks proactively
- Conduct regular account reviews and business update meetings

Commercial development
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and broader commercial expansion
- Work with the wider commercial team to develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives
- Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contractual arrangements
- Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities and partnerships

Client solutions and market engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market developments, operational considerations and business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Operations and Business Development teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Represent the business professionally in client meetings, industry discussions and market events

Regulatory and industry engagement
- Maintain strong awareness of developments in benchmark regulation, market structure and financial market governance
- Engage with benchmark administrators, regulated firms and relevant regulatory stakeholders where appropriate
- Maintain a good understanding of regulatory and industry developments impacting clients, competitors and broader market infrastructure
Your profile
Required experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Experience in, or demonstrable aptitude for, account management, client relationship management or commercial roles within financial markets
- Understanding of derivatives, futures, OTC markets, trading platforms and workflows, financial benchmarks, market data and trading infrastructure
- Understanding of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO Principles
- Proven ability, or demonstrable aptitude, for managing and growing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset
