## **About the Role**

## **Key Responsibilities**
As the **GTM Activation Marketing Manager**, your role involves developing and owning the **GTM activation strategy**, **campaign plans**, and **integrated activation approach**—ensuring everything aligns with commercial priorities to drive growth for the **Workday Product Business Unit (BU)**.
### **Key Duties Include:**
- **Strategic Campaign Ownership**
- Develop, own, and implement **integrated campaign plans** aligned with **commercial priorities** for the **Workday BU**.
- Define **target audiences**, messaging, and channel approach, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritisation, and efficient resource allocation across concurrent campaigns.
- Own **campaign budgets** while delivering activities **on time and within budget**.

Campaign and Content Activation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns to achieve objectives like brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Drive cross-functional orchestration, ensuring seamless execution across channels and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Adapt core messaging frameworks (provided by Product Marketing) for various touchpoints, including emails, landing pages, webinars, nurture flows, and CTAs.

Sales Alignment & Pipeline Conversion
- Collaborate closely with Sales & SDRs to launch and activate campaigns, driving strong lead management and conversion.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to equip sales teams with the right messaging, content, and tools for prospect engagement.

Performance & ROI Reporting
- Own campaign effectiveness and ROI, analysing performance across all activities.
- Work with Marketing Operations to optimise campaigns using data-driven insights.

Strategic Partnerships
- Engage closely with Alliances and Partner Marketing to explore co-marketing opportunities, expanding campaign reach for greater commercial benefit.

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Proactively collaborate within the Campaign Activation team and wider marketing function to meet OKRs.
- Act as a coordinator and trusted advisor, ensuring consistency and best practices in GTM activation.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Substantial experience in marketing (strategic/management level), with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in B2B campaign activation and delivery, including executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Extensive experience in marketing strategy for target markets, driving measurable results.
- Strong background in developing business-impactful campaigns that meet commercial pipeline, awareness, and conversion goals.
- Ability to align marketing with Sales & SDR teams to generate and convert leads effectively.
- Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively, influence stakeholders, and build credible, trusting relationships (internally and externally).
- Experience thriving in a matrixed environment, collaborating across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with precision in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills with a focus on balancing brand consistency with innovative messaging.

Desirable Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior work within the Workday ecosystem or enterprise SaaS sector.
- Experience delivering co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
- Event and project management skills tailored to integrated campaigns.
- Insight into lead generation and qualification processes.
- Broad technological awareness, including emerging trends in marketing.
