As a small, high-calibre team of scientists and engineers, they operate at the intersection of strategy and execution to deploy applied AI across enterprise verticals.
Job Description
As a GTM Associate at Passion Labs, you will work directly with the CEO to engineer a repeatable revenue engine from the ground up. You’ll design outbound systems, conduct deep account research, and execute signal-based outreach to scale our presence with enterprise clients across priority verticals in this high-ownership role.

What You Will Do
- Engineer the entire outbound motion by designing CRM workflows, automated sequences, and lead scoring systems to drive growth.
- Execute high-quality, personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone based on deep ICP research and specific commercial triggers.
- Manage the sales pipeline through stakeholder mapping, meeting preparation, and consistent lead nurturing across complex, enterprise sales cycles.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1-4 years of experience in SDR, business development, or growth roles within an early-stage technology or consulting environment.
- Possesses hands-on expertise with GTM tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build structured outbound workflows.
- Is a proactive, process-driven communicator who is energized by building systems and thrives in ambiguous, high-ownership startup settings.
