Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our growth efforts, driving outbound prospecting, booking high-quality meetings, and shaping how Profound engages new customers. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to run thoughtful, high-impact outbound campaigns and help define how companies first experience Profound in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. This is not a traditional SDR role.
What You’ll Do
Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline Manage high-volume outreach with precision while maintaining quality, follow-up, and message consistency Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments Help shape outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the team scales

Location
This is an on-site role based in our London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary is $60K GBP, before commission, with $80K GBP on-target estimate. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.
