<gh-intro> <text> We're looking for a hands-on builder to join Bolt for Business and drive agentic workflow automation — someone who loves turning commercial problems into working automations and wants to see their code directly move sales metrics. </text> </gh-intro> <gh-about-us> <title>About us</title> <text> With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission! </text> </gh-about-us> <gh-role-detail> <title>About the role</title> <text> As a GTM Automation Analyst within Bolt for Business - AI Centre of Excellence, you'll spend the majority of your time building — designing and deploying workflow automations and AI integrations that help our Sales and Account Management teams work faster and smarter across markets. You'll work independently to build on platforms like n8n, write the logic that makes them tick, and connect them into Salesforce and the rest of our commercial stack. Over time, you'll develop a feel for the full lifecycle of a production automation — from scoping and build through to monitoring and iteration. This is a great role if you've built automations before and want to go deeper, or if you're coming from a technical background and want to apply your skills to a fast-moving commercial environment. </text> </gh-role-detail> <gh-responsibilities> <title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title> <bulletpoints> <point>Build and maintain workflow automations using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make — writing JavaScript for logic and data transformation, and integrating with REST APIs across Salesforce and other internal and external tools.</point> <point>Integrate LLM APIs (e.g. Claude, GPT) into commercial workflows, including prompt design, output validation, and basic agent patterns applied to use cases like lead qualification, content generation, and rep prioritisation.</point> <point>Query and transform CRM and commercial datasets using SQL to support automation inputs, scoring logic, and reporting — keeping data consistent across connected systems.</point> <point>Add logging, error handling, and monitoring to every automation you ship, so they run reliably in production rather than just in demos.</point> <point>Track the impact of what you build — time saved, conversion rates, orders per rep — and iterate based on what the data shows.</point> <point>Work with your manager and commercial teammates to understand the problems you're solving before you build, and flag technical constraints or tradeoffs clearly.</point> </bulletpoints> </gh-responsibilities> <gh-requirements> <title>About you:</title> <bulletpoints> <point>You've built workflow automations using a platform like n8n, Zapier, or Make — ideally at least one that's running in a real environment, not just a prototype.</point> <point>You're comfortable writing JavaScript for workflow logic and working with REST APIs and webhooks.</point> <point>You have some experience integrating LLM APIs into workflows and are comfortable working with Claude Code.</point <point>You have solid SQL skills and can navigate a CRM like Salesforce well enough to extract what you need.</point> <point>You're studying or have studied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or you've built enough on your own that it shows.</point> <point>Exposure to Python, Clay, GitHub, or AI agent frameworks is a plus, but not required.</point> </bulletpoints> <text> Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying! </text> </gh-requirements> <gh-perks> <title>Why you’ll love it here:</title> <bulletpoints> <point>Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.</point> <point>Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.</point> <point>Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.</point> <point>Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.</point> <point>Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.</point> <point>Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.</point> </bulletpoints> <text>*Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.</text> </gh-perks> #LI-Hybrid

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
