⚠️ Read before applying
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in meetings or analyse dashboards. You must be a builder who can troubleshoot and optimise the stack yourself.
If terms like JSON payloads, webhook routing, data debt, or DNS configuration aren’t part of your daily vocabulary, this role isn’t for you.
Technical Stack (Must-Know Experience)
Data Orchestration
✔ Clay (Advanced: waterfalls, multi-source stacking, API integrations, web scraping, custom formulas, data normalization)
Outbound Infrastructure
✔ Smartlead / Instantly (Advanced domain procurement, smart rotation, DNS architecture: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, spam filter mitigation)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Ideal Profile
Experience
✔ 2+ years in a high-volume outbound agency or growth-stage B2B SaaS company, as:
- GTM Engineer
- RevOps Specialist
- Outbound Automation Engineer
Mindset & Skills
✔ Treats outbound as a precision data game, not just volume
✔ Hates dirty lists, broken {{first_name}} tags, and mismanaged CRM data debt
✔ Highly autonomous, owned outcomes, and executes with speed when issues arise
How to Apply (Mandatory Steps)
Applying candidates must include:
-
A brief summary of their experience managing programmatic outbound infrastructure at scale (how many domains/inboxes they’ve simultaneously overseen?)
-
Their proficiency level with Clay and n8n/Make—include:
- A real-world example of a complex data waterfall they’ve built
- A n8n pipeline with webhook routing they engineered
-
An operational debt story:
- Audited an inefficient system → fixed it → scaled it
Apply if you’re built for scale, haughtily efficient systems, and ownership over operations—this isn’t a “run automation” role, it’s a high-impact infrastructure owner position. 🚀
