Salary: Year 1: £32K OTE (uncapped) | Year 2: £40K–£60K OTE (uncapped)
Location: Leeds, UK (on-site) - you must be based in Leeds or in a commutable location to our office.

You don’t need a degree - although it’s a plus! You might be coming from telesales, a junior consultancy role, or have recently graduated. What matters most is drive, resilience, EQ, and the ability to connect with people. Street smarts and grit will take you further than experience alone.

What you’ll do:
Generate leads and conduct research to strategically target top talent. Speak with senior candidates (and eventually clients) to assess fit and build long-lasting relationships. Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines. Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional talent to our clients.
