GTM Engineer
Build the systems that directly shape how revenue is created, scaled, and accelerated across a modern, data-driven GTM engine.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role, bridging engineering and commercial strategy. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll shape how pipeline is generated and converted, designing intelligent, signal-driven systems that directly impact revenue outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, including the CMO, you’ll move beyond traditional operations and instead define how GTM execution is structured, automated, and scaled. This is a chance to build infrastructure that is not only used but depended on to drive measurable commercial performance in a fast-evolving environment.
As a GTM Engineer
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building end-to-end, signal-driven GTM systems across platforms, including:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Clay
- Salesloft
- Qualified
- Profound
- Developing scalable workflows that connect data, enrichment, intent signals, and outbound execution into a unified GTM engine
- Translating intent, firmographic, and engagement signals into targeted GTM plays that drive pipeline creation and expansion
- Owning pipeline generation infrastructure, ensuring prospects, accounts, and expansion opportunities are effectively:
- Identified
- Scored
- Routed
- Converted
- Running structured experiments across outbound and lifecycle motions, using insights to continuously optimise performance
- Establishing governance, documentation, and operating standards to ensure repeatability, scalability, and consistency across GTM systems

Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8+ years of experience in GTM systems roles, such as Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Clay is highly valued and may be compensated for fewer overall years of experience.
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to:
- Design and connect complex workflows across multiple GTM platforms
- Avoid siloed tool management, prioritising integrative solutions
- Expertise with core GTM technologies, particularly:
- Salesforce (mandatory)
- HubSpot (mandatory)
- Additional experience with Clay and Salesloft strongly advantageous
- Proven ability to build and ship scalable systems yielding measurable impact on:
- Pipeline
- Revenue
- Conversion performance
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation (e.g., Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
