Company Description

Humaans is a $20M Series A London-based startup building AI-powered infrastructure for the workplace, backed by Y Combinator and the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify.

Job Description

You will build the automated infrastructure powering Humaans' go-to-market engine, sitting between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing. Instead of manual outreach, you’ll design data pipelines, AI agents, and enrichment workflows using Clay and HubSpot to find and engage customers at scale, replacing rep-dependent processes with high-leverage, non-linear systems.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Full ownership of the GTM engineering stack, moving beyond standard RevOps reporting to build automated systems that drive real revenue growth.
  • Join a $20M Series A team backed by legendary operators including Lachy Groom and the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify.
  • Incredible career leverage at a high-bar startup redefining HR tech through an AI-native platform that orchestrates workflows across HR, IT, and Finance.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and maintain complex data pipelines and enrichment workflows using Clay to turn raw signals into prioritized, actionable target accounts.
  • Own the technical outbound infrastructure, managing cold email deliverability, inbox health, and large-scale personalization through AI agents and custom scripts.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify manual bottlenecks and ship automated solutions in days, connecting systems via APIs and scripting (Python/JS).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate

  • Hands-on experience building with a modern GTM stack, specifically Clay and HubSpot (or Salesforce), and a deep understanding of outbound motion.
  • Proficient in SQL and a scripting language like Python or JavaScript to handle API integrations and data manipulation independently.
  • A systems thinker with an experimental mindset who uses AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code to build and ship production-ready workflows.

And I'm Jill

I'm an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role.

If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
