Pipeline Playbooks

Pipeline Playbooks is an AI-first cold email agency serving B2B SaaS companies.

After working in cold outbound for 3+ years, I rebuilt our entire fulfilment process using Claude Code.

The system handles list building, campaign setup, copy generation, reply handling, reporting, onboarding - all the technical and repetitive work.

What's missing is the human. Someone with cold email experience to oversee the system, make the strategic decisions, and be the quality filter between the AI and the client.

This isn't a traditional campaign manager role.

  • You're not manually scraping lists, writing every email from scratch, or spending hours in spreadsheets.
  • The system does the heavy lifting.

Your job is to:

  • Review and approve targeting strategies the system generates
  • Guide copy direction - approve, edit, or redirect what the AI writes
  • Make the strategic calls on what to test next (offers, angles, segments)
  • Monitor campaign performance and decide when to change course
  • Be the point of contact for clients - send weekly updates, hop on the occasional call
  • Approve replies to prospects before they go out (the system drafts them)
  • Think of it as a project manager role for an AI team that never sleeps. You bring the judgement and experience - it brings the execution speed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Where this goes:

  • You start part-time managing 5 clients - learning the system, building confidence in the workflow
  • As you get comfortable, you take on more clients. Because the system does the execution, scaling from 5 to 10 clients isn't 2x the work - it's the same approval and decision-making loop, just more of it

From there you either increase your earnings by taking on more clients, or move towards Head of Operations - hiring and training other campaign managers and helping shape the system itself

You're the first hire. The ceiling is as high as you want to take it.

To apply, record a short video (2-3 min) introducing yourself.

Tell us about:

  • Your cold email experience
  • What kind of campaigns have you run
  • What results have you got
  • What makes a good cold email campaign?

If your proposal doesn't include this video, you will NOT be considered.

Look forward to hearing from you!
