At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realize their dreams. Acquisition today is concentrated heavily on a single channel, and our outbound motion isn't set up to change that: sending infrastructure is misconfigured, deliverability is inconsistent, and the tools meant to power outbound duplicate each other instead of working as one system. As our GTM Engineer, you'll own outbound end to end and build it into a real engine: cold email, LinkedIn and signal based prospecting running at scale, on infrastructure that's actually built to hold up.
This is a build from the ground up role. You'll be the person who takes a fragmented, underperforming outbound motion and turns it into a coherent, multi channel engine. You'll work cross functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to develop plays that plug straight into that engine, not around it.

What You Will Do βοΈ
- Outbound infrastructure: Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment and outreach, owning the technical backbone of our outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows
- SDR enablement and optimization: Equip our SDRs with world class tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize efficiency and conversion rates across the funnel
- Data and targeting strategy: Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic to ensure outbound efforts are laser focused on high intent, high fit accounts
- Tech stack ownership: Evaluate, implement and optimize our GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent data) to create a seamless, high performance outbound engine
- Performance analytics: Track, analyze and report on outbound metrics, from reply rates to pipeline contribution, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration
- Cross functional alignment: Work with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to ensure outbound systems integrate seamlessly with broader GTM strategy and product capabilities

Requirements
Who you are π
- 4+ years of experience
- A tooling expert: opinionated about best in class GTM tech stacks and experienced evaluating, implementing and optimizing tools that drive outbound performance at scale
- Hands on and resourceful: comfortable shifting between high level strategy and execution, from designing data models to writing SQL queries or automation scripts yourself
- Highly analytical and creative: able to blend technical problem solving with strategic thinking about go to market efficiency and scale
- Someone who cares deeply about craft and impact, not just output. You take pride in doing great work, even on small details
- Curious and collaborative: eager to learn from teammates across functions and energized by talking to SDRs and AEs to understand their workflows and build systems that drive results
