GTM Engineer (RevOps)
£80,000 – £120,000 + Benefits London | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
Our client is a rapidly scaling Fintech business that is transforming how organisations manage complex financial operations globally. With significant investment and operations in international markets, the business is entering an exciting growth phase. It is investing heavily in technology, automation, and AI to build a best-in-class commercial engine. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape a critical capability from the ground up while working alongside senior leaders across commercial, product, and engineering functions.
The GTM Engineer (RevOps)
The GTM Engineer (RevOps) will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling the systems, workflows, and automation that power the entire revenue lifecycle. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated GTM engineering hire within a high-growth Fintech environment, giving you significant ownership, visibility, and influence from day one.
The GTM Engineer (RevOps) will:
- Build and optimise revenue-generating systems across sales, marketing, and customer functions
- Design scalable automations that eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency
- Create integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics, and commercial platforms
- Develop AI-powered workflows that enhance decision-making and commercial performance
- Build intelligence models that improve pipeline visibility, deal prioritisation, and forecasting accuracy

You Will Need
- Experience within RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Systems roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and associated GTM tooling
- Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, integrations, or low-code solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue funnels and pipeline management
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions and measurable outcomes
