Build the Commercial Engine Behind Ground-Breaking Technology

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically minded Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join an innovative, rapidly growing technology business developing cutting-edge solutions for the life sciences sector.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and engineering, where you'll build and optimise the systems, automation and data infrastructure that power commercial growth. Working closely with the commercial team, you'll ensure sales processes are efficient, data-driven and scalable through intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.

If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges using technology and want to play a key role in scaling a high-growth business, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As the GTM Engineer, you'll take ownership of the commercial technology stack, ensuring CRM data is accurate, workflows are automated and valuable insights are available to drive better decision making.

You'll work with modern AI tools, CRM platforms and automation technologies to streamline customer engagement and improve sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, automations, reporting, integrations and data structure.
  • Develop and maintain the commercial technology stack, including CRM, lead enrichment tools, email sequencing, dashboards and reporting.
  • Design automated workflows for lead enrichment, account research, meeting preparation and customer follow-up.
  • Build AI-powered tools to support prospect research, account intelligence and personalised communications.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates and key commercial KPIs.
  • Run experiments across messaging, targeting and sales processes to optimise commercial performance.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and system integrations across business platforms.
  • Document processes and provide training to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Continuously improve workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
