Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Executive at Produktively. The GTM Executive will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for medium-sized commercial real estate organizations across the US, UK, and KSA.

  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Identify target segments and opportunities across the commercial real estate lifecycle
  • Build and nurture systems and relationships with real estate leaders
  • Present solution value, negotiate commercial terms, and support the end-to-end sales cycle

Day-to-day responsibilities might also involve:

  • Conducting market research
  • Refining messaging and positioning
  • Training client teams on product capabilities
  • Tracking pipeline performance and client outcomes to inform ongoing improvements

  • Ability to build robust sophisticated GTM growth engines
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Property
  • Demonstrated GTM skills, including prospecting and pipeline management
  • Full proficiency with Clay (and other GTM tools)
  • Grasp of ops tools to manage CRM (Airtable, Notion, etc)

Nice to have

  • Effective negotiation capabilities to structure and finalize commercial agreements that align with client and company objectives
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value, especially around property portfolio performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment; proactive, organized, and outcome-focused
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Proptech
