We are a pre-launch charitable fundraising platform on a mission to reach a million people a month. Join a small go-to-market team where your skills become real impact meals, clean water and plastic removed.
What difference will you make?
Everything we do comes back to one number: how many people we reach, and how many of them take an action that sends real money to verified charities. Our go-to-market effort is the engine behind that number. Great growth work is the difference between this platform helping a handful of people and helping hundreds of thousands.
We are pre-launch, so the early weeks matter more than they ever will again. The channels you test, the messages that land, and the audiences you find will decide how fast we grow and how much good flows through the platform. Every person you help take that first step turns into meals for children, clean water for families, and plastic removed from the environment. The impact is not abstract. It is measured in real-world good, funded by the momentum you help create.
By helping us build a repeatable way to reach and convert supporters, you are not just contributing to one campaign. You are helping lay the foundation the whole mission stands on. The founder previously helped fund the planting of over four million trees through a prior venture. This one aims wider a million people a month. The work you do now, in large part, decides how close we get.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are good at growth and marketing, in the broadest sense, and who care about the cause more than the job title. You do not need to be strong in everything. Most great go-to-market people are deep in one or two areas and curious about the rest, and that is exactly the mix we want across the team. Tell us where you are strongest.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The kind of experience that would help includes some track record of getting attention and turning it into action. That might be paid media on Google, Meta or TikTok, organic social and audience building, content and storytelling, email and lifecycle, partnerships and community, SEO, or the analytics that tell us what is actually working. You do not need all of these. One or two, done well, is plenty.
Just as important is temperament. We are small and pre-launch, so the playbook is not written yet. We value people who are happy to test, measure, learn and move on rather than wait for perfect, who can pick something up and run with it, and who communicate clearly and honestly, including when something is not working.
What matters most is not seniority or a specific tool. It is that you are genuinely motivated by the mission, and that you get a kick out of finding the people who will love this platform and helping them take the first step.
Nice to have, not essential
- Experience marketing an app or a pre-launch product
- Charity or social-enterprise work
- Any experience with fundraising or purpose-driven campaigns
If your instinct is to make something grow because it deserves to, you are probably the person we are looking for.
Remote
What will you be doing?
We are building the go-to-market engine for a new charitable fundraising platform, and we are looking for a handful of growth-minded people to help us launch it well. This is deliberately broad. We would rather find the right people first and shape the work around their strengths than force everyone into one narrow box.

If you are the kind of person who likes turning attention into action, you will feel at home here. Maybe your thing is paid media, running campaigns on Google, Meta or TikTok with a cost-per-result you are proud of. Maybe it is organic social, building an audience and a voice from a standing start. Maybe it is content and storytelling, or email and lifecycle, or partnerships and community, or the analytics that tell us what is actually working. You do not need to be brilliant at all of it. Most great go-to-market people are strong in one or two areas and curious about the rest, and that is exactly who we want.
What unites the role is simple. Help us find the people who will love this platform, and help them take the first step. We are pre-launch, which means the playbook is not written yet. You would help write it, testing channels, messages and ideas, keeping what works and dropping what does not. That is the opportunity here, not a caveat. You get to shape the foundations rather than inherit someone else's.
Depending on where you are strongest, the work might include planning and running campaigns, creating or briefing content, growing our social presence, setting up simple tracking so we can learn quickly, or reaching out to partners and communities who share the mission. We will agree together what you focus on, and keep it realistic around the time you have to give.
You would work directly with the founder, with real latitude to try things, alongside others joining the same push. If you have ever wanted your marketing and growth skills to add up to something bigger than another product launch, this is that chance.
