Position Summary
The Role
The EMEA Ads Product & Go-To-Market is an integrated function that unites product and commercial talent to oversee the full lifecycle of Samsung Ads products in EMEA.
The GTM Lead, CTV resides within the Ad Experiences domain team, serving as the go-to-market authority for Samsung’s native home screen ad formats. These are among the most distinctive and high-impact advertising solutions within the Samsung ecosystem.
Working closely with the Native TV Ad Formats Product Lead, this reshaping go-to-market strategy encompasses value proposition development, narrative refinement, and market adoption execution. The ideal candidate showcases:
- 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, ad tech, video, or CTV advertising
- Pan-European ad tech/media expertise
- Attention to detail, clarity of communication, and storytelling prowess
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders
Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)
1. GTM Strategy & Activation for Native Home Screen Formats
- Develop end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including value propositions, narratives, and positioning for Samsung’s native home screen ad formats in EMEA.
- Define measurement frameworks to assess market impact and success.
2. Voice of the Customer
- Serve as the bridge between EMEA client-facing teams, Ad Experiences’ leadership, Global P&E, and internal support units.
- Capture market needs, craft product positioning, and drive insights into the product development roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between market demand and Samsung’s capabilities.
3. Product Feedback Loop
- Establish frameworks to track adoption and feedback of native home screen ad formats.
- Compile advertiser insights and translate them into actionable intelligence for Global P&E and the Product Lead.

4. Unified Go-To-Market Strategy
- Contribute to a cohesive Samsung Ads narrative, positioning native home screen formats as part of a holistic media ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Ad Experiences GTM Lead to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
5. Sales Enablement & Partnership
- Ensure clarity and consistency in communicating native home screen ad products across EMEA.
- Create high-quality collateral, including:
- Pitch decks
- One-pagers
- Objection-handling guides
- Vertical-specific materials
- Strengthen real-time collaboration with sales teams to address training gaps/objections.
6. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence
- Become the SME for native/CTV advertising in EMEA.
- Educate client-facing teams via thought leadership content on trends, competition, and ad tech innovations.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years proven expertise in:
- Go-to-market strategy
- Product marketing
- Sales enablement
- Relevant roles in ad tech, advertising, or media.
- End-to-end product-market fit ownership, including:
- Pricing strategy collaboration with Finance/Yield/Operations.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills to simplify complex topics.
- Deep CTV understanding for EMEA ad buying strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, Legal, and Partnerships.
- Pan-European focus, with experience in Fastidious, accountable communication and high-impact project management.
- Action-oriented leadership under ambiguity, suited for independent product domain ownership.
