Position Summary

The EMEA Ads Product & Go-To-Market role integrates product and commercial talent to lead the full product and commercial lifecycle of Samsung Ads solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This position requires hands-on ownership of end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from value proposition development to sales enablement and market adoption.

We seek a seasoned specialist with deep experience in ad tech, video, TV, and CTV advertising, who thrives in a cross-functional environment and excels at storytelling, stakeholder influence, and driving product-market fit. The ideal candidate will bring pan-European ad industry experience, a structured approach to strategy, and the ability to simplify complexity while collaborating effectively across seniority levels and functions.

    • Defining the value proposition, narrative, and positioning to maximize market relevance.
    • Developing measurement frameworks to evaluate product impact and adoption KPIs.
  • Lead the launch process, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent messaging across all channels.

Voice of the Customer & Product Feedback Loop

  • Act as the primary liaison between EMEA client-facing teams, the Head of Ad Experiences Product & GTM, Global Product & Engagement (P&E), and internal support functions (e.g.,Ops, Finance).
  • Synthesize customer insights and create points of view (POVs) on product-market fit, feeding actionable feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Build systems to track adoption metrics, capture advertiser feedback, and publish market intelligence to inform:
    • The Native TV Ad Formats Product Lead
    • Global P&E for roadmap prioritization

Holistic “All Samsung” Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Contribute to a unified Samsung Ads ecosystem narrative, ensuring home screen formats are presented as part of a broader connected TV and advertising solution.

    • Expandercials
    • Buildscreen ads
    • Other CTV formats in EMEA
  • Ensure all collateral (whitepapers, case studies, proof-of-concepts) reinforces a seamless Samsung Ads story rather than tweened silos.

Sales Enablement & Partnerships

  • Standardize messaging across EMEA for native home screen ad formats, defining the single source of truth for:
    • Pitch decks
    • One-pagers
    • Narrative frameworks
    • FAQs, objection-handling guides
    • Vertical-specific collateral (e.g., retail, entertainment, FMCG)

    • Training gaps
    • Product issues
    • Collateral needs in real time, ensuring adherence to Samsung’s expert positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
