GTM Lead

Head of Revenue Operations at Legora

About Legora

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We collaborate with the world’s best legal teams, who demand excellence, precision, and speed. Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals to work faster, think more clearly, and operate with unmatched precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and streamlining end-to-end workflows, we eliminate complexity, allowing teams to focus on judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

With 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays, we’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR. Supported by teams in Europe, North America, and APAC, Legora continues expanding through strategic acquisitions like Qura, Walter AI, and Graceview.

We partner with exceptional performers—from Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees to high-profile campaigns featuring Jude Law—and we hold ourselves to their standard of excellence.

At Legora, "mission before ego" is our mantra. We believe in ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions, excellence through direct feedback, and growing together. If you’re driven by impact, speed, and raising the bar, this is the place.

  • Enforce sales playbooks – Hold the line on standards for messaging, motions, and AI adoption across the team.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights – Analyze call patterns, win/loss signals, and pipeline trends to optimise strategies and coach reps to integrate AI into workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
